Submission to UN Committee on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination (UNCERD)
Paul Noonan, Senior Policy Officer at the Equality Commission, is making a submission on behalf of the Commission to the UN Committee on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination (UNCERD) in Geneva.
The Commission's submission reflects the recommendations laid out in Commission’s Shadow Report to UNCERD. The Committee will be examining whether the UK Government has effectively implemented the racial equality rights contained in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
