new searchable database of all the legal cases supported by the Commission from 2005-06 onwards. This is the place to search through our legal casework by equality ground (age, sex, race etc), by the nature of the complaint (harassment, dismissal etc) and the 'area', employment or the provision of goods, facilities or services. The database is arranged by date.
