People with autism often have much to offer the world of work and can benefit greatly from it. Unfortunately they often face barriers which prevent them from gaining meaningful employment. This guide has been produced to promote understanding of autism amongst employers and to make them aware of the skills and talents that people with autism can bring to the workplace.
The guide is an initiative of the National Autistic Society Northern Ireland, the Department for Employment and Learning, the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland and Employers for Disability NI.
