Invitation to tender: ‘Legal research to review the use of the Commission’s Investigatory Powers and Duties’

The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland wishes to commission a review of the use of its investigatory powers. An overview is provided in the cover letter.

If you wish to carry out this research, in addition to the cover letter, you should review in full the Terms of Reference and the associated Response to Tender Guidelines which contain details on the required content and format of responses, as well as information on how proposals will be assessed.

Please note that the deadline for receipt of completed tenders is 4.00 pm on Friday 14 June 2013. Applications received after that deadline will not be considered.
