What feeds are available?

There are currently three RSS feeds you can subscribe to from Equality Commission:

Features from the Equality Commission:

Press releases from the Equality Commission:

These feeds are updated continuously to keep you up to date with what is happening at the Equality Commission.

How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe by clicking on one of the links in the feeds section of this page. If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer you will see a "Subscribe Now" or "Subscribe to this feed" button. If you´re not using one of these browsers, you´ll still be able to subscribe to the feed according to the instructions of your RSS reader. What is RSS?

RSS feeds bring you the latest site updates straight to your computer meaning you don´t even have to visit a site to be kept up to date. RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" and is essentially a web page your computer can read for you, allowing it to notify you when new updates are available.

How can I read an RSS feed?

To use RSS feeds you can either get an RSS reader, or, if you´ve got a recent browser, you can view the feeds there.

Browsers

Both Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ and Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/ can handle RSS feeds without the need for any other software.

Readers

If you want to get an RSS reader, there are numerous options. Some of those available on the Windows operating system are:
