Additional time for annual monitoring return submissions.



We appreciate employers may require additional time to collate and submit the annual monitoring return. We understand this and would ask that the monitoring return is submitted when it is practicable to do so.

Given the current disruptions, we are encouraging online submissions. The monitoring return form is available to download at (pdf). When completed, please email the return to, ensuring your registration number, company name, address and email are included.

The building will be closed to the public and we will have limited access to our post over the coming weeks. For further enquiries we would ask that you please use email or phone if at all possible. Individual members of staff can be contacted on their direct lines or by email.
