Guidance on how the Section 75 good relations duty applies to Local councils.
In advance of a wider review of our good relations guidance, we have prepared a short advice note which specifically addresses some of the advice needs in local Councils. The principles presented in this note are also relevant to other public authorities and will be reflected in the wider review.
