Equality Commission update
Service Update - 24 March 2020
In accordance with Government advice re Covid-19, the Equality Commission remains open for business, but we have reorganised some of our services in order to safeguard the health and safety of our stakeholders and staff.
The building will be closed to the public and we will have limited access to our post over the coming weeks. We would ask that you please use usual email or phone if at all possible.
Our advice lines remain open.
Individual members of staff can be contacted on their direct lines or by email. Our website remains up to date, as do our social media channels.
- Anyone seeking advice re potential discrimination should call 028 90 500 600 and ask to speak to a discrimination advice officer.
- Employers and service providers seeking advice should call 028 90 500 600 and ask for Advice and Compliance. We provide online support and guidance on our Covid-19 web page.

All external training events have been postponed until further notice. However, we are running a series of online training webinars for employers, service providers and publics authorities.

Annual Monitoring Returns
We appreciate employers may require additional time to collate and submit the annual monitoring return. We understand this and would ask that the monitoring return is submitted when it is practicable to do so.
Given the current disruptions, we are encouraging online submissions. The monitoring return is available to download at http://tiny.cc/MonForm. When completed, please email the return to email@example.com, ensuring your registration number, company name, address and email are included.
