Online Submission of FETO Monitoring Return Forms

The Commission has introduced a new way to submit the Annual Monitoring Return Forms. The paper copy form will no longer be posted to each employer. Employers now receive an email on their annual monitoring date with a unique link to our online submission portal.
Annual Monitoring Returns email

The online submission portal is a secure site allowing employers to upload their Annual Monitoring Return Form or complete the form online (employers will still need to collate the monitoring data from recruitment exercises held during the year).

On the next Monitoring Date, we will send a secure link by email and text message to the person that submitted the previous years Monitoring Return Form. Employers can update their contact details/ add another email and/ or mobile phone number by emailing their registration number and new contact details to

Using a generic email such as hr@ will ensure the Annual Monitoring Return reaches the employer every year, irrespective of staff changes. Employers should add to their email accounts Safe Senders List to ensure the email arrives in their inbox.
