With our employer training programme currently suspended due to the ongoing pandemic, we are now be providing a number of training sessions as online webinars. These will focus on a number of important equality issues for employers and will expand to cover additional topics over the coming months.

This seminar is designed to give employers an awareness of the principal anti-discrimination laws and explores the concepts of direct and indirect discrimination.  It also looks at the particular requirements of Northern Ireland's fair employment legislation.
