Compared to five years ago, we took 10% more calls to our discrimination advice line, 20% more general advice calls from employers and provided equality training to 110% more people. This demonstrates the ongoing importance of the Equality Commission’s work to people’s lives in Northern Ireland.

Early conciliation service

The Labour Relations Agency  (LRA) provides a free conciliation service.  If you are considering taking a discrimination complaint at work to tribunal you must register your complaint with the LRA before starting proceedings.
